It should slightly  spring back when pushed. ♦️Rest for 30 minutes. Take a portion of the dough. ♦️Pour oil or ghee onto a surface and roll the dough into a thin layer.  ♦️Cut into thin strips with the help of pizza cutter. ♦️Gather the strips together and twist together like shown in the video. ♦️ Gently flatten it and roll it into a parotta.  ♦️Cook on both sides, once cooked crush the parotta to get the layers.
