For chicken marination:

  • 👉🏻Boneless chicken - 1Kg
  • 👉🏻Lemon juice - 1
  • 👉🏻Salt - 1 tablespoon
  • 👉🏻Red chilli powder - 2 tablespoons
  • 👉🏻Turmeric - 1 tsp
  • 👉🏻Ginger garlic paste - 1 tablespoon
  • 👉🏻Maida - 1 tablespoons
  • 👉🏻Cornflour - 2 tablespoon
  • 👉🏻Rice flour - 1/2 tablespoon
  • 👉🏻Black pepper powder - 1 teaspoon
  • 👉🏻Coriander powder - 1 teaspoon
  • 👉🏻Cumin powder - 1 teaspoon
  • 👉🏻Garam masala - 1 teaspoon
  • 👉🏻Curry leaves
  • 👉🏻Egg - 1
  • 👉🏻Curd - 2 tablespoons
  • 👉🏻Curd - 2 tablespoons
  • 👉🏻Soya sauce - 1 tablespoon
  • 👉🏻Vinegar - 1 tablespoon
  • 👉🏻Green chilli sauce - 1 tablespoon
  • 👉🏻Tomato sauce - 1 tablespoon
  • 👉🏻Red chilli sauce - 1 tablespoon
  • 👉🏻Oil
  • 👉🏻Garlic chopped
  • 👉🏻Green chilies
  • 👉🏻Curry leaves
  • 👉🏻Coriander leaves


Ingredients for rice :

  • 👉🏻Basmati Rice - 3 Glasses (Wash & Soak Basmati Rice for 30 Mins)
  • 👉🏻Bay leaves - 3
  • 👉🏻Kapok buds - 3
  • 👉🏻Cardamom - 4
  • 👉🏻Star Anise - 1
  • 👉🏻Cinnamon - 1 inch
  • 👉🏻Cloves - 4
  • 👉🏻Kasuri methi - half cup


For rice preparation:

  • 👉🏻Oil - 4 tablespoons (50ml)
  • 👉🏻Add spices mentioned above
  • 👉🏻Green chilies - 5
  • 👉🏻Sliced onions - 250gm (2 medium sized)
  • 👉🏻Ginger garlic paste - 2 tbsp
  • 👉🏻Coriander leaves
  • 👉🏻Mint leaves
  • 👉🏻Salt
  • 👉🏻Chicken stock
  • 👉🏻Lemon juice
  • 👉🏻 Basmati rice 
  • 👉🏻Ghee , coriander leaves and mint leaves
