For chicken marination:

- 👉🏻Rice flour - 1/2 tablespoon
- 👉🏻Black pepper powder - 1 teaspoon
- 👉🏻Coriander powder - 1 teaspoon
- 👉🏻Cumin powder - 1 teaspoon
- 👉🏻Garam masala - 1 teaspoon
- 👉🏻Curry leaves
- 👉🏻Egg - 1
- 👉🏻Curd - 2 tablespoons
- 👉🏻Curd - 2 tablespoons
- 👉🏻Soya sauce - 1 tablespoon
- 👉🏻Vinegar - 1 tablespoon
- 👉🏻Green chilli sauce - 1 tablespoon
- 👉🏻Tomato sauce - 1 tablespoon
- 👉🏻Red chilli sauce - 1 tablespoon
- 👉🏻Oil
- 👉🏻Garlic chopped
- 👉🏻Green chilies
- 👉🏻Curry leaves

Ingredients for rice :
- 👉🏻Basmati Rice - 3 Glasses (Wash & Soak Basmati Rice for 30 Mins)
- 👉🏻Bay leaves - 3
- 👉🏻Kapok buds - 3
- 👉🏻Cardamom - 4
- 👉🏻Star Anise - 1
- 👉🏻Cinnamon - 1 inch
- 👉🏻Cloves - 4
- 👉🏻Kasuri methi - half cup
For rice preparation:
- 👉🏻Oil - 4 tablespoons (50ml)
- 👉🏻Add spices mentioned above

- 👉🏻Sliced onions - 250gm (2 medium sized)
- 👉🏻Ginger garlic paste - 2 tbsp
