🌮Special paratha 😋

Ingredients :-  – For Stuffing  Carrot  Cauliflower  rench beans  Peas Oil Onion Green chilli Boiled potatoes Turmeric powder Coriander powder Red chilli powder Cumin powder Pao bhaji masala Salt Coriander leaves Procedure :- ✅ Fine chop all veggies and peas using chopper,  ✅ Take a pan, add oil, onion, green chilli and saute well  ✅ Add all spicy masalas including salt, than add the fine chopped veggies into it with smashed potatoes. ✅ Cook well in low flame, finally add some coriander leaves to garnish ✅ Include this stuffing into paratha . Don't forget to add butter on paratha. Serve the paratha with some spicy chutney 😊 Happy Cooking 🥰

🌯Nool Parotta 😋

Ingredients :- ✅ 2 cup maida ✅ 2 tbsp sugar ✅ 2 tbsp ghee ✅ 2 tbsp curd ✅ 1 tsp salt ✅ Water Procedure :- ♦️ Mix everything with required water into a pliable dough. It should slightly  spring back when pushed. ♦️Rest for 30 minutes. Take a portion of the dough. ♦️Pour oil or ghee onto a surface and roll the dough into a thin layer.  ♦️Cut into thin strips with the help of pizza cutter. ♦️Gather the strips together and twist together like shown in the video. ♦️ Gently flatten it and roll it into a parotta.  ♦️Cook on both sides, once cooked crush the parotta to get the layers.
